I am a qualified practicing neurophysiologist, specialising in the conduct of Electroencephalograms, polysomnogram, Electromyyogram, Evoked potentials, Transcranial Dopplers and deep brain stimulation.
My purpose is to enquire into the hospital’s willingness to enter into a mutually beneficial business relationship with me. As I foresaid my specialization is that of a neurophysiology and as such, I require my patients be admitted to the hospital-style facility, Where I can conduct the polysomnograms on patients with sleep apnea and 24hour EEG test on my patients, while further offering my patients the advantage and benefit of hospital care and attention , during the time that said tests are conducted.
I respectfully submit , that the foresaid arrangements may be very lucrative and advantageous to the hospital, as the hospital would be able to charge my patients for the daily care and hospitalization they received, while the foresaid tests were being conducted to them. I would likewise invoice my clients directly and independently for the test I conducted.
Similarly, I would benefit from the foresaid relationship with the hospital, as I have great respect and admiration for the hospital and its staff alike and I would take a great pride in referring my patients to such a caring professional institution.
